1. Why Choose Eleganza Weddings for planning my special day?

Because we are committed to delivering a first class service to all our couples and quality is key to everything we do. Your wedding is paramount to us and we want you and your guests to enjoy every moment of it and have wonderful memories to last a lifetime. We limit the number of weddings we organise and will not book any other weddings on your wedding day to maintain high standards of service, commitment and client satisfaction.

2. Why do I need to hire a wedding planner/consultant?

Planning a wedding takes about 300 hours to arrange, over 6 full working weeks! Many couples having busy work schedules and active social lives just do not have the time to visit and research many venues and suppliers and put together everything required for a wonderful wedding. A wedding planner/consultant working for you not only allows you to relax but means you do not have to deal with all the stressful time consuming details. The knowledge, training, experience and creativity of a wedding planner/consultant will ensure that your wedding day will be a success and provide you with priceless memories that you will treasure forever.

3. My Venue has their own co-ordinator so do I really need to hire a wedding planner/consultant?

We are very happy to work with on site co-ordinators when planning and arranging your wedding and they are particularly good resource for questions about your chosen venue. However, the on site co-ordinator does not get involved with the overall picture of your wedding and they are employed by the venue not yourself so they may not take an independent view of suitable suppliers for you. What we offer is a more detailed personal understanding of your plans and what you want for your Special Day. We get to know you before your wedding so that we will know more specific information and will be better equipped to resolve any problems that may occur. A site co-ordinator may even have their day off on the day of your wedding or more commonly leave straight after the meal has finished and leave the reception with no one to manage the rest of the days' events.

4. Why do I really need the expense of using a wedding planner/consultant?

Hiring a wedding consultant is one of the single most important things that you can do when planning your wedding whether for having everything planned for you or just wedding co-ordination on the actual wedding day. On average couples spend about £20,000 on a wedding today. Your wedding is so expensive, you will want to make sure that everything goes to plan and leave nothing to chance. A wedding planner/consultant can make sure that everything goes smoothly and without any hitches on your special day and offer's you valuable support, guidance, ideas and inspiration.

5. How does a planner/consultant charge me for their services?

We charge a fixed fee confirmed in a written quotation for our services. Some consultants charge a percentage of your wedding budget or an hourly fee.
